A seed bank is a place where seeds are stored to preserve genetic diversity for the future. Seeds are very important as they grow up to be trees or plants which in turn plays a major role in our environment. On 07-06-2022 MPS placed seed bank on campus and our Tirunelveli district collector Mr. Vishnu inaugurated our seed bank.
Students were also permitted to take or donate seeds. Many students enthusiastically participated.
To educate and develop a love for a clean and green environment, MPS established a garden nursery on 07-06-2022 on campus. Saplings were also distributed to students to know and understand the importance of plants and trees in our life.
Students were excited and happy to receive plants from the school.
