South District Level Karate and Silambam Championship- 2021 : Martial arts as an educational system are of paramount importance for Specially students. It helps students to develop balance, coordination, focus, respect, discipline and self defense. Silambam improves the flexibility and reflex of the individual. It helps in increasing mental strength and agility. The South District Level Karate and Silambam Championship- 2021 was held today at our Muthamil Public School, Muneerpallam, Tirunelveli. It was jointly inaugurated by the Chairman of our School Mr. T. Amaravel Babu and the correspondent of our school Mrs. Jeyanthy Amaravel Babu in the presence of the organizer Renshi E. Venkat President of Tai Silambatta Kazhagam and also the Chief Instructor & Examiner and Mr. Kandasamy, our school Karate and Silambam master. Around 200 participants from various schools were participated in the tournament and won prizes. Certificates and medals were distributed to the winners of Karate and Silambam tournaments.
