Students from Grades VI to VIII embarked on an unforgettable educational trip to Tuticorin Port and Rajan Aqua Farm on August 4th, 2023!
Tuticorin Port Exploration
Educational trips are always intriguing and exciting for all, especially for the students. Muthamil Public School’s young explorers delved into the fascinating world of maritime operations at Tuticorin Port. They witnessed the massive cargo ships, and cranes in action. Students learned about the intricate logistics that keep the port bustling. From shipping containers to container terminals, our students gained insights into the global trade network and the vital role the port plays in it.
Rajan Aqua Farm Adventure
After the informative visit to Tuticorin Port, we headed to Rajan Aqua Farm, the students were immersed in the world of aquaculture. They discovered the intricate methods of fish farming and sustainable practices. The farm visit allowed them to understand the balance between ecological conservation and responsible aquaculture. Feeding the fish, observing different aquatic species, and learning about water quality management were highlights of this interactive experience.
After learning so much about water-borne creatures, our students bought many eye catchy colorful fishes to imprint their sweet moments at home.
